Blissed: A Restorative Experience

During this integrated practice of restorative yoga and sound healing, Patty will guide you through a series of completely passive restorative poses that facilitate deep release and relaxation. Each pose will be held for an extended period of time using props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to allow for slow, comfortable surrender. In parallel, Melinda will immerse you in a sound bath using crystal singing bowls tuned to the 7 chakras. The resonating sound of each chakra—from the grounding of the root chakra to the bliss of the crown chakra—will deepen your relaxation throughout the practice. Emerging from the experience, you’ll feel rejuvenated and more connected to yourself and the world around you, ready to carry a newfound sense of renewal and balance into your day.
